3 3/4 cups flour
1/3 cups butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk
Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350
combine all ingredients and chill for one hour
shape into small balls
place on ungreased cookie sheet and use your thumb to make a deep indention
bake for 10 minutes
remove from oven and fill with raspberry preserves
bake 5 more minutes
cook on rack
