Loaf of French bread
8 oz cream cheese
1c raspberry jam
8 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 T Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese and jam together.
Slice bread.
spread jam mixture between two slices of bread like a sandwich and place each “sandwich” in a 9x13 pan touching each other.
Beat eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread until soaked through. I like to add slivered almonds to the top of mine.
Bake at 350, covered for 30-35 minutes until set and not jiggly any more! So so good!!

I also like to use any remaining jam mixture to drizzle over hot French toast. Slice anyway at you like!
