1 cup butter, softened
½ cup confectionary/powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 ¼ all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup finely chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)

Confectionary/powdered sugar to coat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, confectionary sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Work in flour, nuts and salt until dough holds together. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool slightly. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar; cool on wire rack. Roll in powdered sugar again.
