1/4 cup bacon or sausage drippings
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the drippings in a medium-sized iron skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in flour, mixing well. Remove from heat, and stir in milk, water, salt and pepper. Return to heat and stir until thickened. Great served over biscuits!
