2 cups corn meal
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cans of cream style corn
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with the exception of the Cheese, bell pepper and Jajapeno) in a large mixing bowl.

Pour ½ of the mixture in a deep 9 X 13 inch baking pan
Cover with grated Monterrey Jack cheese

Pour the other half of the mixture over the cheese.
Cover with grated Monterrey Jack cheese

¼ green bell pepper sliced into strips
Place sliced pickled jalapenos over the top
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until golden brown
