2 lbs (907g) chicken breast
1 cup (240g) chicken broth
1.5 tbsp fajita seasoning
3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow & 1 green), sliced in thicker slices
1 large onion sliced
1 tbsp hot sauce optional
8 small corn or flour tortillas

Add the chicken breasts and 1 cup of chicken broth to the Instant Pot and sprinkle with fajita seasoning and garlic.
Add the sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the Chicken, try to distribute them in an even layer.
Place the lid on, lock and turn the valve to sealed position.
Set to Manual / High Pressure for 7 mins.
When cook time is complete, allow for 5 mins natural pressure release. Then perform a quick pressure release to allow any remaining steam to escape.
Open the lid and take out the bell peppers and onions. Place in a shallow dish.
Remove the chicken, place it on a cutting board and slice.
Squeeze some lime onto your Pressure Cooker Chicken Fajitas and garnish with parsley.
Serve with tortillas and your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
