Vanilla
1 C Sugar
3 Tbsp Flour
2 Egg yolks
2 C Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

mix flour & sugar in pan, mix egg yolks & milk. add to flour cook over medium heat till starts to thicken pour into pie crust

Chocolate
1 C sugar
3 Tbsp Flour
2 Egg yolks
2 C milk
1 Tsp vanilla
1 Tsp butter
* Cook the same as vanilla

Butterscotch
Melt 1 C brown sugar & stick of butter in pan. Mix 3 Tbsp flour and 2 egg yolks until lumps are gone put in brown sugar and add 2 C milk cook until it starts to thicken
