2 tsp dark sesame oil
1 pound chicken breast, cubed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
15 oz can Mandarin oranges
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup sweet n sour sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sesame oil over med-high heat in skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden. Drain oranges, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Add oranges with reserved liquid and simmer for two minutes. whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch, add to skillet and simmer until thickened. Mix in chicken and sweet and sour sauce. Serve over white rice and a side of egg rolls.

Recipe can easily be doubled.
