1½ lbs. ground beef
½ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Pepper
¼ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp ground sage
¼ tsp celery salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp barbecue sauce
Rolled biscuits

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, ½ cup milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and seasonings. Shape into eight 3-inch patties; place in ungreased oblong pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake until done; 20 to 25 minutes; drain. Top each patty with 1 tbsp barbecue sauce.
