1 pound chicken breasts, cooked, shredded
8 oz Velveeeta cheese, cubed
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 large bag of Doritos, crushed
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Saute bell pepper in butter. Add in soups, Rotel tomatoes and shredded chicken. Grease 9x13 pan. Pour of Doritos on bottom of pan. Pour chicken mix on top of chips, and add cubes of Velveeta cheese over this. Cook in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly on top, about 15-20 minutes.
