2 Pints Sour Cream 1 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 1/2 LB ground beef Tortillas
1 Can rotel shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
brown meat
over low heat melt sour cream and Velveeta, rotel
place a little beef into a tortilla with cheese mix
place cheese into tortilla
roll tortilla up
repeat until dish is full
pour extra ingredients over made tortillas
bake at 350 for 20min or until tortillas are brown
