Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.

For sauce: Add all sauce ingredients in with the hamburger and simmer for about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly.

Lasagna: Take cooked lasagna noodles, and beginning with a layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 pan, add 3 lasagna noodles on top of sauce. On top of lasagna noodle, use a spoon to smooth about 3 Tbsp cream mushroom soup over the noodles. Spread more sauce (about 1 cup) over the lasagna noodles, and then sprinkle with a bit of each kind of cheese. Continue noodle, cream of mushroom soup, sauce and cheese layers until noodles are used up. On the final layer cover the sauce with the remaining cheese. Bake in 375 oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly, and cheese is browned. Let cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
