1 family pack of cube steak
3 jars of Beef gravy
1 TBSP onion salt
1TBSP pepper
3 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour in a bowl with onion salt & pepper. Dip cube steak in flour mixture. Place in a frying pan with HOT veg oil. Fry approx. 2 mins on each side (YOU ARE ONLY BROWNING THE FLOUR...IT WILL NOT BE DONE). Place on paper towel to drain some of the oil. Pour one jar of gravy and pour in the bottom of the crockpot. Place steak pieces on top of gravy layer. Cover with the remaining 2 jars of gravy. Place the lid on the crockpot . Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. DO NOT REMOVE THE LID OR STIR WHILE COOKING!

*you can bake it instead. Bake at 350" for about and hour and a half. Layer in a pan the same way, Its of that the steaks are on top of each other . Cover tightly with foil*
