2 c sweet onions (Mayans, Walla Walla Sweets) minced
2 c mayonnaise (I love Best Foods)
2 c shredded swiss cheese

Crunch baguettes, cut at an angle (or crackers, chips)

Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly grease (Pam) 8x8 baking dish

In medium bowl, mix all ingredients.

Bake 20-30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
