1 lb Sweet Potato Noodles
3 medium Carrots (julienne)
1 white Onion
1/2 bn Green Onions
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 lb Spinach
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1.5 tbsp Brown Sugar

Optional Meat of either 2lbs of beef or chicken. If you do, make double the amount of sauce (Sesame oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar) for the marinade.

1. Mix Soy Sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar. If you're using meat, make double the amount so that you can use half the amount to marinate the meat for 20 minutes.

2. Dice onion into long strips. Cut carrots into strips and chop green onion.

3. Bring water to a boil, add a bit of oil. Add noodles and cook them according to the package, usually around 5 mins. Drain when cooked.

4. Preheat skilled to high heat. Cook the pre-sliced beef until it's golden brown.

5. Place noodles in a large bowl, top them with cooked beef.

6. Toss vegetables together. Add in the meat and noodles. Add the remaining sauce and stir.

You can pretty much use any vegetables. Other ones you can mix and match would be peppers and mushrooms.
