3 ½ c. Flour (420 g)
1 c. Sugar (198 g)
1 c. Brown Sugar, packed (213 g)
1 c. Peanut Butter (270 g)
1 c. Butter or 1/2 c. Butter and 1/2 c. Shortening (92 g)
2 eggs
¼ c. Milk (57 g)
2 t. Vanilla
2 t. Baking Soda
½ t. Salt
1lb. Hershey kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, butter, and peanut butter. Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla. Sift in flour, soda, and salt. Mix well. Shape into 1” balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased or parchment lined sheets.

Bake at 375º10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press kiss into top of each cookie.
