1 lb. 90% ground beef (90%)
½ tsp. salt
½ c. chopped onion
½ c. sliced celery
½ c. chopped carrots
28 oz. can of diced or crushed tomatoes
5 c. chopped cabbage
4 c. beef stock
2-3 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Pressure cooker:
1. Press the saute button on the pressure cooker to heat pan. When pan is hot, Spray with PAM (or 1 Tbs. oil).
2. Saute beef add salt and cook breaking meat into small pieces.
3. When meat is browned, add onions, celery and carrots and saute for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add tomato, cabbage, bay leaf and stock.
5. Pressure cook on high for 20 mnutes.

Stove top:
Follow same directions as above and cook in a large pan or Dutch oven on med-high heat for 45-50 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
