4-5 lb Chuck Roast
1 can Beer
2 c Beef broth
1 jar (16oz) Mild Pickled Pepper rings with juice
1-2 Onions, sliced
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano (crushed)
Water if necessary

Directions:
Directions:
Coat all sides of roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Place roast in a crock pot and layer onion slices and peppers on top of roast. Add beer, beef broth and pepper juice to the crockpot.

Cook on low temperature for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender and can be shredded. Use two forks and shred meat, removing any pieces of fat or gristle.

Serve on French Bread or Italian Bread.
