According to Surf Taco: lightly breaded chicken covered in buffalo sauce, lettuce, jack and cheddar cheese, bleu cheese dressing, pico de gallo between two crunch corn tortillas and wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla.

I paired this with chips and queso. Even better if you have a Corona (pun intended) to drink on the side!
