Flour~
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp adobo
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne (donít add in if you donít like heat)
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Oregano

Buttermilk~
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Buffalo sauce~
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Let chicken marinate for an hour in the buttermilk mixture
Coat chicken in the flour mixture and back into Buttermilk mixture
let sit for 5 mins and fry until golden brown
coat in buffalo sauce.
