1 lb Elbow macaroni
3 cups heavy cream
2 oz cream cheese
6 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp AP Flour
1/2-1 cup Colby Jack
1/2-1 cup Mozzarella
1/2 cup Cheddar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3-1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Buffalo chicken

Cook the Elbow mac in a pot of Boiling water and salt.
In a pot add the Heavy cream and Garlic bring that to a simmer and add the Flour mix till the Flour is cooked add the spices and cheeses starting with the Cream Cheese since it takes the longest to melt. Add the Mac to the cheese mixture add to a pan layer some cheese in between and top and finally top it with some buffalo chicken.
Bake at 350 till Sides are Golden Brown.
