Directions:
Directions:
After your prime rib finished roasting and resting on counter, make batter: Whisk together the flour and salt in a large bowl. Form a well in the center. Add the milk, melted butter, and eggs and beat until the batter is completely smooth (no lumps), the consistency of heavy cream.

Let sit at room temp for 20 minutes.

Heat oven to 450F. Pre-Heat the pan you'll be using for the Yorkshire Pudding for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Add roast drippings to a 9x12-inch Pyrex or ceramic casserole pan and return to oven. *Place a foil covered lipped baking sheet tray underneath the pan the batter is in.

Carefully pour the batter into the hot pan and place in oven.

Bake for 15 minutes at 450F, then reduce the heat to 350F and cook for 15 to 20 more minutes, until puffy and golden brown.

Cut into squares to serve.
