⅛ c paprika
2 ¼ tsp pepper
1 ¼ tsp brown sugar
½ tbsp salt
½ tsp each celery salt, cayenne pepper, garlic, dry mustard, and cumin

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients and rub onto your meat prior to roasting.

We like to up the cayenne in this recipe, and make a big batch because we like to use it on chicken as well. We sometimes add a bit of chili or change it up with a smokey paprika - perfecto!
