Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breasts (2-3)
Sliced Deli Ham
Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
1 chicken boullion cube
flour
paprika
1/2 cup dry white cooking wine
1 cup heavy cream
2-3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breast. Fold in ham and cheese. Toothpick closed in a roll. Coat with flour and paprika.

Brown in 2-3 tbsp butter. Add 1/2 cup dry white cooking wine and 1 chicken boullion cube. Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, turning occasionally.

After 30 minutes, first blend together 1 cup heavy cream and 1 tbsp flour. Then add slowly to make gravy.
