1 Head Cabbage
1 Tablespoon Salt
¼ Cup Water
2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Green Peppers finely chopped
1 Cup Celery Finely Chopped
1 Cup Carrots Finely Chopped/ Shredded

Directions:

Shred cabbage and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for one hour and drain liquid produced. make a brine by mixing water, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and mustard seed in a small sauce pan. Bring brine to boil and then let cool. Mix cabbage, peppers, celery, and carrots together and add brine.

this mix can be then separated into smaller containers for freezing. Thaw enough for one weeks use. Freezer Slaw can be retained for about three weeks after thawing.
