1 (12 to16 oz.) bag of peeled and deveined shrimp
3 cups cooked long grain and wild rice mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can of cream of mushroom, undiluted
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 cup green onions
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked rice, shrimp, cheese, and soup in a bowl. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat, and add green onions; cook, stirring constantly, until tender.
Remove pan from heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, ground pepper, milk and Cajun seasoning. Combine with rice, shrimp, cheese, and soup mixture and stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 -inch baking dish.
Bake at 375ºF for 45 minutes.
