6 large potatoes
¼ cup flour
¼ cup Parmesan
¾ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
⅓ cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Pare potatoes, cut in quarters
Combine flour, cheese, salt & pepper in ziplock bag
Moisten potatoes with water & shake a few at a time in bag to coat
Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Add potatoes in single layer
Bake 375º one hour, turning once, till golden
Add parsley prn
