⅓ c. Sugar
½ c. Mini Chips
½ c. Nuts (chopped)
optional - add food coloring

Heat oven 350º
Beat egg whites with electric mixer til soft peaks form
Beat in sugar 1 tbsp at a time til stiff and glossy
Stir in nuts and chips
Drop by tsp on foil covered cookie sheet
Place in oven close door - turn off oven
DO NOT OPEN DOOR
Leave overnight
Store in tight container
Makes 1 ½ doz
