2 cups flour
4 eggs
1¼ salad oil
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon soda
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Frosting
1 stick softened butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 cups conf. sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
350ºF, 45 minutes

Grease and flour pans. Stir together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In separate large bowl beat together oil, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one a a time until combined. Add dry ingredients. Stir in nuts.

For frosting, mix all ingredients until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
