2 cups of water
1 pack of Vermicelli Noodles
1 pack of Mushrooms (cut in cubs or medium size slices)
1Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1tbsp Jerk seasoning
1 tsp Garlic power or 2 minced garlic cloves
Thumb size piece of Ginger minced
1 stalk of green onions
1tbsp cooking oil (coconut oil, vegetable oil)
Salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pepper into slices and set aside then mince garlic (unless using powder) ginger and set aside. In a medium sauce pan add garlic, ginger and green onions and peppers with oil in to the sauce pan. Sautee for about 5-8mins then add mushrooms and Jerk season. Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan ensuring every this is mix then allow to simmer on low heat. Bring 2cups of water to boil and place vermicelli noodles in the pot (salt to taste). Cook noodles for 5-7 (until desired texture), drain water, plat and enjoy!
