Ingredients:
1 large bag marshmallows
some butter, about 2 Tbsp.
fall colored M&Ms
1 1/2 bags popcorn, microwave (or not, you decide)

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large pot to melt butter. Add marshmallows, melt, stir well. As this is melting, pop your popcorn (about a bag and a half in microwave). Put popped popcorn in a large bowl, then add the melted marshmallows. Stir well.

Quickly add as many M&Ms as you want, and stir. Wash your hands again..(it is covid times, ya know). Then cover them in butter. Then quickly form popcorn into balls and let cool on parchment paper. Mmmm! Best fall treat ever!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Every fall my children say, "When are you making us popcorn balls!!? And they are 27 yo and 25 yo. Even these adult children of ours need some type of consistency during this crazy time. So I share...the simplest popcorn balls ever! Think rice Krispy treats minus the rice Krispys..just exchange for popcorn!
