1 can biscuit dough
Oil for frying
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat about 1” of oil in pan. To make sure it’s ready, put one drop of water in pan. If it sizzles it’s ready.
Take a biscuit and poke hole in the middle with your fingers - stretch out to make a bigger hole.
Carefully drop the biscuit into the hot oil.
Fry for about 30 seconds to a minute until bottom becomes brown and then flip and do the same.
As soon as you remove from oil place on plate with sugar. Flip to cover both sides
Serve

These are so easy to make. I can’t make these fast enough here! You can do some with cinnamon sugar too.
