2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cut in 1" cubes
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can or jar hot jalapeno relish (green)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef, sausage and onion. Melt cheese over low heat. Add soup and relish to cheese; add to meat mixture. Can be put in crock pot. Serve over tortilla chips.
