1 T. olive oil 4 T. butter, unsalted 6 cloves garlic, minced
SAUCE INGREDIENTS; 2 t. brown sugar 1 T. oyster sauce 1 T. fish sauce 1 T. soy sauce 2 t. sesame oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
Add olive oil and butter to a heated wok to melt. Add garlic and cook a few minutes (can add chili flakes at this point). Dump in cooed pasta and toss to coat. Combine the sauce ingredients. Pour in sauce and toss to coat. Turn off heat add cheese to melt. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
