Ingredients:  
1 stick of butter (room temperature)
3/4 cup sugar
5 slices of bread (cubed)
4 eggs
14 oz crushed pineapple (drained well)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in pineapple. Add cubed bread right before baking. Stir. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
