1 Large Egg
1 C Skim Milk
1/4 C Cold Water
1 C Corn
1 1/2 C Self Rising Flour
1 C Corn Meal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Beat egg, milk and water together. Strain corn and stir together. Mix dry ingredients together in another bowl. Once mixed add dry ingredients to the corn mixture. Bake 20 -25 mins.

Can add 2 tsp cumin seed, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, and 1 chopped jalapeño pepper.
