1 C sugar
1/2 C oil
1 C pumpkin puree

1 egg
1 Tb vanilla

2 C flour
2 tsp each, baking powder and cinnamon
1 tsp each, soda and salt

1 bag Ghirardelli milk choc chips

Preheat oven to 350º

In mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil and pumpkin

Add egg and vanilla

In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture

Stir in chips

Bake one cookie t7-9 min to test
