3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped or use 1 tbsp dried
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c red wine vinegar1-1/4 c extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl, whisk and use. Store remaining dressing in the refrigerator for later use.

Delicious on an Antipasto Salad. Use Romaine lettuce or crunchy ice burg lettuce, several types of cheese, mixed olives, celery, cherry tomatoes, onions, mixed deli meat and colored peppers.
