Top Layer (peanut butter)
1/3 c peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp maple syrup
Himalayan sea salt

Bottom, chocolate layer
1/3 c all natural peanut butter, creamy
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin liners. I have silicone liners and they work well.
In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients for the bottom layer together until smooth. Set aside.
In another medium bowl, stir all ingredients for the top layer together until smooth. Set aside.
Scoop a heaping 1/2 tbsp of the chocolate layer into each muffin cup. Repeat until you have filled around 12 cups. Then pick up the entire muffin tin and shake and tap until the layer is set. evenly. Repeat with the top layer. Finally sprinkle each cup with some Himalayan Sea Salt.
Place the fin in the freezer for 30 minutes and enjoy. Store the uneaten ones in the freezer.
