1-1/2 sticks butter, cut into small pieces plus more for the pan
12 oz bittersweet chocolate chopped
6 large eggs
1/2 c sugar
Pinch Kosher salt
Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven for 350º Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 9" spring form pan. Put the butter and chocolate in a double boiler and let it melt. Once melted and combined, remove bowl from heat and set aside to cool slightly. Combine the eggs, sugar and salt in a large bowl and beat until pale and thick, 5-8 minutes. Gently fold half of the chocolate mix into the egg mix until combined. Gently fold in the remaining chocolate mix. Pour the batter into the springform pan and bake until the top is no longer shiny. Test with a toothpick and it should come out with just a few crumbs. Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely in the pan. Remove the ring and transfer to a plate. Dust with the cocoa powder.
