6 Tbls butter
2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
6 cups chex (2 1/2 rice 2 1/2 corn 1 wheat)
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 dry roasted peanuts or 1 cup cashews
FOR SPICY
1 tsp chipotle

Preheat over 250º

Melt butter in shallow baking pan (cookie sheet). Once butter has melted add everything except the chex and nuts. Mix to blend everything. Than add chex and nuts. Stir coating all pieces-----you will stir every 15 minutes to don't worry about getting it exact. Heat for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.

We have increased the Worchester and garlic powder over the years. Recently added the Chipotle if wanting spicy.
