Layer 1: 1 stick butter softened
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts finely chopped
Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 24 minutes 325º cool

Layer 2: 12 oz cream cheese
2 cups cool whip
2 cups powdered sugar
Mix well. Spread over layer 1.

Layer 3: 1 large box instant chocolate pudding
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
5 cups milk
Beat until thickens as a pudding. Pour over layer 2

Layer 4: 2-3 cups cool whip
1 cup chopped nuts
Spread cool whip over layer 3. Sprinkle nuts on top.
