4 1/2 cups apple cider
1 whole cinnamon stick
3 whole cloves
8 ounces Bourbon or Whiskey
4 slices orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Place the apple cider, cinnamon stick, orange peel, cloves and in a small pot simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat add bourbon to taste strain into a pitcher..
