Crust: 30 Oreo cookies crushed
½ cup melted butter

Filling: 1 12oz Cool Whip
1 (3oz) pkg chocolate instant pudding
1 (8oz) cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies, mix with the butter. Pat ½ in 11x7 in pan
Mix 2 tlb Cool Whip with Cream cheese, spread this over cookie crust
Mix pudding according to package directions and pour over cream cheese layer
Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer
Sprinkle last half of cookie mixture over all

Refrigerate
