4 C milk
4 T butter
1 C brown sugar
1 1/2 T Pumpkin Pie Spice
8 C bread cubes (2' squares)
1/2 C raisins
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare bread and place in lightly greased dish (9x9), add raisins
Heat milk, butter, sugar and spices until butter is melted and milk is very warm, but not boiling.
Remove from heat, stir in beaten eggs, add vanilla and pour over bread mixture.
Let stand until bread absorbs liquid (5 minutes). Pat down. Bake 350 for 10-15 minutes until set. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
