3-4 skinless chicken breasts
Medium-sized flour tortillas
1 jar of salsa (of choice)
1 tbsp. of minced garlic
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
Shredded cheese (of choice)
1 tbsp. of melted butter

Place chicken breasts in Crock-Pot. Pour in jar of salsa and add in tbsp. of minced garlic. Stir. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low, or for 4-6 hours on high.

Unplug Crock-Pot. With two forks, shred the chicken in the Crock-Pot and stir back in with salsa.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Spoon shredded chicken into center of tortillas. Sprinkle on corn, black beans, and shredded cheese. Roll tightly, and place on baking sheet.

Melt butter and brush over rolled tortillas (you can also use olive oil here).

Bake for 10-15 minutes in preheated oven (if you prefer, you can pan-fry instead).
