1/2 Cup oil
1 Cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
2 Cups unbleached flour
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the oil, sugar and eggs until creamy and fluffy. Add bananas, spices.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, stir the nuts into the dry ingredients.
Gradually stir this dry mix itnothe batter. smoothly blend the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients then put into a well greased and floured large or two small bread pans. Cook in a 325º oven for an hour and 20 minutes, or until browned and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
you can glaze the top with powder sugar, mixed with some milk and vanilla extract if you would like.
