Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3½ oz butter
1+ cup onion
1+ cup celery
1+ cup chopped green pepper
1½ lbs chopped potatoes
¼ + 3 T flour
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 ¾ quart water
1½ lbs cooked chicken
⅛ tsp red pepper ( cayenne)
1¼ cup + 3 T whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté vegetables in stockpot with butter about 15 minutes
Add potatoes & flour, chicken stock & spice
Simmer 20 minutes.
Before serving, add cream, salt & pepper
