6 boneless chicken thighs
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tblsp basil
1/2 tsp cayenne
3/4 cup chicken broth
small jar sundried tomatoes in oil
splash white wine or sherry
1/2 cup cream
1/4 parmesan
Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken in oil.
Add garlic, basil, cayenne

then, broth, tomatoes and wine
simmer few mins
add cream and parmesan
