(2) 8 oz packages of cream cheese softened
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 16.5 oz T. Marzetti's Caramel Apple dip
1 8 oz bag of Heath English Toffee bits with or without chocolate

5 - 6 Granny Smith Apples
16 oz bottle of Sprite of lemon lime soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and brown sugar, shape into a ball. Place on the center of a large plate.
Warm caramel for approximately 20 seconds in microwave. Pour or scoop over cream cheese ball. Coat ball with Heath bits.
Core and slice apples, soak in Sprite for a few minutes (this will prevent the apples from turning brown.) Drain and place around dip.

Dip goes well with soft pretzels and graham crackers
